Cain Pacheco is a C-Level Engineering Management leader with deep experience guiding technology strategy, product development, and innovation within the think-tank and advanced engineering industries. His background spans Oil & Gas, biomedical devices, and emerging technologies — with a career built on transforming complex engineering challenges into scalable, commercially viable solutions.
Cain brings hands-on technical strengths in SolidWorks, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and Patent Development, combined with the executive leadership to take products from concept through commercialization. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of what precision engineering can achieve in the field.
